MEANS OF DELIVERY
- Courier
We deliver by Courier in 1-4 working days for major cities and islands, while the delivery time for remote areas may take up to 2 extra days. Shipping is 12€.
- Ideal Means
We deliver in the wider area of Nafpaktos upon request free of charge for orders over 10 €
- Transportation
For high-volume shipments, the most advantageous option is a transport agency. Cash on delivery is not available for this instrument.
- Receipt from the store
For all orders there is the possibility of collection from the store without charge after checking availability. After you have placed your order in the e-shop, and you have received your order number, we will send you a message to your e-mail as soon as your order is ready, so that you can receive it. Regarding the payment methods, you can pay on the spot either in cash or by credit or debit card. If you haven’t received a message that your order is ready, don’t come in unless you call first to avoid any inconvenience.
You can contact us at any time by phone at 2634022111 during the opening hours of our store (Monday-Friday 10.00-15.00, 18.00-22.00, Saturday 10.00-22.00, Sunday and Holidays 12.00-21.00) to ask anything about your order. Gifts and their delivery need even more care, so that they are delivered on time and in the right way. For this reason, gifts are sent exclusively in closed boxes that will withstand the transport and reach their destination safely.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time varies from 1 to 6 working days from the day the order is placed and always depends on the availability of the product and the place of delivery. Specifically for the place of delivery, different times apply for more easily accessible points and other times for more remote points.
Important note: When you place an order or purchase through https://eshop.wine2wine.gr, it is automatically registered in the system and processed on the same day if the order is placed by 14.00 (except Sundays and holidays). In any other case, the order will be processed the next working day.
Same day deliveries are made only for the area of Nafpaktos and only for orders that have been registered until 14.00, if the products are immediately available.
