Clear, bright wine with straw yellow colour and golden hues. On the nose it is healthy, clean with an intense aromatic character. A multi-dimensional bouquet of white-fleshed and exotic fruits that offer depth and freshness such as melon, citrus, ripe peach, give way to aromas of orange blossom and citrus peel spices. Also, ginger, vanilla and nut aromas can be distinguished due to the fermentation and the twelve months of fermentation in new French oak barrels.

On the palate it is dry, warm with the alcohol not altering the freshness it emits with its crisp and balanced acidity. The taste is generous, rich, refined with a flavor that follows the aromas of the nose to sweeter and juicier fruit notes. Of course, the power, structure and complexity of perfume leads to a lingering aftertaste that is fascinating. Pair it with smoked aged yellow cheeses, sea bass carpaccio, white truffle risotto and rich pate.

Keep it for the next 2 years or enjoy it at a temperature of 10-13°C.
