SCURAS SALTO

It has a clear pale yellow color with grey highlights. The nose is intense with aromas of citrus (lemon and lime) and white flowers mainly white rose with notes of sweet bergamot. In the mouth it is dry with a full body where the white-fleshed fruit dominates in perfect balance with the acidity.

Served at 11 °C, it is an excellent accompaniment to fresh salads, grilled fish with olive oil and steamed seafood.
