Description
It has a dense purple colour. On the nose, with moderate expressiveness but quite impressive concentration, black fruits such as plum and blueberry unfold while the wonderful ripeness is highlighted with hints of sweet cherry. The first impression when you taste it is that it gives a warmth. It also has very good acidity and fruit, while at the same time the tannin management is much better. The exuberance of Emfasis will not say no to balance and homogeneity.
The dominant acidity will beautifully enhance the fatness of a steak or sausage, but the sweetness on the nose and palate will accompany both souzoukakia and stuffed tomatoes or peppers.
