MR. YANNIS PALPO

Fermentation and aging for 6 months in new oak barrels.
Bright golden yellow colour. Complex nose with aromas of citrus blossoms, white flowers and stone fruit accompanied by subtle vanilla notes. The palate is buttery and rich, revealing layers of flavours – similar to the nose – along with well-integrated notes of barrel and brioche bread. Long aftertaste.
It goes well with baked chicken with potatoes, pasta with rich cream sauces, mushroom and vegetable risotto, rich grilled fatty fish, stuffed turkey.
