Brut Blanc De Noirs is a sparkling based on Xinomavro and offers us an expressive wine that gives a rich mouthfeel, with an amazingly integrated acidity, soft with a long creamy head, leading to a pleasant aftertaste.
It is served at 6-8°C alongside a plate of fresh cheese, raw shellfish, seafood, but it is also served as an aperitif on its own or with fruit salads.
