The presence of the barrel embraces the aromatic whole, with notes of vanilla and coffee. The palate follows aromatically, with rich fruit, distinctive acidity and round tannins, in a balanced harmony of the three varieties, making it an easy drinking, well-flavoured and timeless wine.
It accompanies grilled fillet, beef in the pot, meat pies, pastitsio, lamb on the spit and Greek cuisine stews.
