Description
Kermes Iberian cured sausage with natural flavor is a blend of meat, derived only from the fine cuts of Iberian hams, seasoned with sea salt, nutmeg, crushed black pepper, garlic and mixed herbs, in a natural casing. It matures for at least 3 months, under controlled conditions, in special drying chambers. It is characterized by its natural colour, delicate aroma and taste.
