Description

Kermes Iberian cured sausage with a chorizo taste, derived from only the thin pieces of Iberian meat. Seasoned with sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic and a blend of herbs mixed in a natural casing. It matures through a drying process in environmentally controlled chambers for at least 3 months. It is characterized by its red color, characteristic aroma and taste.
