Description
It has a vivid crimson colour. In the nose it has depth, strength and density. The aromatic character is focused on red fruits – sour cherry, blackberry, red cherry – along with spicy characters, aromas of dried herbs and a touch of minerality. The palate is medium to full-bodied with interesting acidity and present tannins, medium volume and dominated by aromas of red fruits, earth and metal along with tobacco and spices. The aftertaste is long, complex and constantly evolving.
It is served at 16°C and is an excellent accompaniment to roast pork, rooster with noodles, beef casserole, grilled steaks.
