ROSE ROSE

Fermented in stainless steel tanks. The colour is a bright, light cherry with pinkish highlights. The nose is lively, full of purity with aromas of ripe cherries, raspberry with hints of sweet spices, flowers and rose petal notes. The palate is medium-bodied with medium to high acidity and a slight sense of very ripe tannins. The mouth aromas follow those of the nose along with hints of sweet grass and bubblegum. The aftertaste has a medium duration and continuous evolution leading to complexity.

It is served at 12 -13°C and , accompanies salads, seafood and cold cuts.
