Payments via Debit/Credit Card
For payments made by credit/debit card, you must follow the instructions you will find in this online store. The payment procedure is based on the terms of the provider of the relevant services, to whose website there is a secure redirect. The user/customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit/debit card details. The debit/credit card you use to pay for your order is charged only once and only for the specific transaction. Deposit to a Bank account
If you do not have a credit/debit card or cannot be at home to pick up your products, you can pay for your order via a bank account. For your convenience, please provide the bank with the Order Code as a reason. Then please send the proof of deposit by e-mail. The deposit must be completed within 48 hours of the completion of the order, otherwise it will be considered invalid. The deposit must be made to the following account.
Receipt and payment at the physical store
In case you have chosen “Pick up from the store”, your order will remain in the store for 5 days. You can pay for your purchase in the store either by cash or by credit card.

Send us a copy of your bank deposit to eshop@wine2wine.gr, indicating your order number so that we can easily and quickly identify you. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we will initiate your order. If you do not send it, the process for confirming the deposit will take 1-5 business days depending on the bank’s transfer policy.
If the deposit is not confirmed within 5 working days, the order will automatically be cancelled.
