In the mouth it is dry, quite warm but without the alcohol covering the sweet and gentle tannins with the silky texture that emanate with balanced acidity. The taste is generous, refined with aromas of ripe fruit and sweet spices such as cloves, black pepper and vanilla.

Eighteen months of maturation in French oak barrels offer impressive complexity to the long-lasting aftertaste. Pair it with game and strong spicy sauces.
