MR. GIANNIS PARANGA RED

The Paranga of Kyri-Yianni is one of the most recognizable wines in Greece, with an admirable quality-price ratio. Its colour is bright red, while its bouquet is complex and reminiscent of blackberry with hints of green pepper. Total with light taste, volume, round character, but also dominant acidity that ensures a long lasting aftertaste. The mild tannins give the mouth the feeling of a sculpted beautiful body. It is drunk just as pleasantly in winter and summer and can be aged for 3-4 years from harvest.
It goes well with crepes with minced meat and rich red sauce, spaghetti with minced meat, a variety of meats (grill mix), grilled tenderloin, grilled tenderloin.
