MR-JANNY ACAKIS ROZE

The cold climate of Amyndeon is the perfect base for the Xinomavro and Kyri-Yianni’s rosé Akakies. The complex production process with fermentation of 20% of the wine in oak barrels and a three-month stay with the lees, leads to a lively, fresh and fresh wine.
Bright deep rose colour with light blue highlights. The nose is intense, with aromas of ripe strawberry, red forest fruits, tomato, but also delicate herbal notes in the background. Juicy strawberry and freshness on the palate, with a crisp, delicious finish.
It accompanies wonderful dishes of exotic and Mediterranean cuisine, spit-roasted and fried chicken, everyday Mediterranean dishes, as well as fatty fish such as salmon or as an aperitif.
