Lemon with green highlights. Intense nose, typical of the variety and the cold wine-growing zone in which it is grown. Aromas of green pepper, white flesh peach, mango, and grass. The high acidity, typical of the 2023 vintage, adds nerve to the creamy, rich mouthfeel, providing an excellent balance to the wine. Very long aftertaste.
It is served at 9°C and goes well with salads, grilled grouper with oil lemon, pork with herb pesto, chicken with cream and tarragon, but is also enjoyed as a cool aperitif.
